Mickie Caspi began her career by creating original artwork for individual clients, but then decided to bring her creations to a larger audience. Together with her husband Eran, Mickie established Caspi Cards & Art in 1990. To better enable her to concentrate on the creative process, Eran took over the daily management of the business. Over their first decade, Caspi Cards & Art innovated the ketubah business by offering dozens of ketubah designs in a wide variety of texts, not only Orthodox, Conservative and Reform.
In 1993, Caspi Cards & Art introduced the first pre-printed Interfaith text.
In 1994 a Gender Neutral text suitable for celebrating the marriages of both same-sex and straight couples. In 2003, Mickie and Eran wrote an all English, secular humanist text that inspired many other artists and companies to expand their lines.
Having created Judaica for the past 35 years, Mickie is once again offering original artwork. You can purchase stunning, illuminated original art by browsing the Original Artwork and Original Ketubot Galleries.
