We use UPS for shipping. You can choose between Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
How Quickly Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours. This applies to all of our products, including non-personalized ketubot.
If you are ordering a ketubah that is being personalized, we ask for 2 weeks so that Mickie can personally hand-calligraph all of your personal information on the ketubah to match the existing calligraphy. We do not use ink-jet printers at all. If you have a rush order and have chosen 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, we will usually ship even a personalized ketubah within 24 hours. If your wedding is coming up in a few days and you are placing a rush order, feel free to call us after you have placed your order, and we will let you know how quickly we will be shipping and when you can expect to receive your ketubah. In over 25 years, we have never been late to a wedding!
What if the Ketubah Arrives Damaged?
First of all, don’t worry. If your ketubah arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us immediately and save the damaged original packaging and artwork so we can make the appropriate insurance claims with the shipper.
Check the package as soon as it arrives because there is a time limit from the date of delivery for us to make a damage claim.
Personalized, Customized, and Original Ketubot, or any other items that are ordered with personalization or customization cannot be returned. As much as we would like to help, if your name is on it, then no one else will want it.
For Non-personalized Ketubot and Gifts, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return within 10 days. Should you need to return an item, please call us first to make the appropriate shipping arrangements. Return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility, as is any damage or loss that may occur in transit. We highly recommend insuring any item sent for return. Once the item has been received in its original, re-sellable condition, we will reimburse you for the full amount paid for the order, minus any outbound shipping charges. Refunds without prior clearance with our Customer Service staff will not be issued.
We take security and your safety very seriously and are committed to ensuring your safety and security while using our website. Once you place your order, you will be taken via a secure server to paypal so that all credit card information will be sent on a secure channel directly with paypal. We never see your credit card info and therefore will not store it once your purchase has been approved.
We are committed to ensuring your privacy. Rest assured that the information that you provide to us will be used to process your order only. We never sell, rent or otherwise distribute any information you provide to us, and never share any of your information with any other individual or company. Other than emails related to your order, we will not send you unsolicited emails or newsletters unless you specifically opt in to our email newsletter list. Caspi Cards & Art occasionally sends out these email newsletters to customers who have requested to be on our list in order to let you know about new products or about special discounts we may be offering. You always have the option to unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
Caspi Cards & Art makes every effort to provide current and accurate information on our websites regarding descriptions, pricing and availability of products. However, on occasion, an error can occur. We will not be required to sell a product based on incorrect information on our websites. You will be notified of the error as soon as it comes to light and you, or we, will have the option of canceling the order. Should your order be cancelled before work has begun, you will receive a full refund if your credit card has already been charged.
We reserve the right to change prices for products and services sold on our websites, effective immediately upon posting the changes on the site. If you have already placed an order, the price that appeared at the time of your order will be honored.
We cannot be held responsible for, and cannot guarantee, the timely delivery of a product once it is in the possession of UPS or other shipper. On occasion, shippers misroute packages and they are not delivered in the time specified for a particular shipping priority. This is beyond our control. Incorrect or incomplete addresses also cause delays and incur extra charges. These charges are your responsibility.
Packages are insured for damage and loss. Please keep original packaging if your item arrives damaged so the shipper can process the claim.
We cannot be held responsible for damage done to a product once it has been delivered including, but not limited to, paper damage due to environmental conditions, damage by calligraphers or other individuals who fill in the ketubah or framers.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred due to products not being delivered on time, due to shippers’ errors or your failure to follow up on your order. We diligently complete and ship orders in a timely manner but, on occasion, an order placed via the shopping cart, fax or mail does not reach us. If you have not heard from us it is your responsibility to check on your order.
